If you are feeling unwell and need medical help you are still able to contact us as normal. You will be offered a Telephone Consultation with the GP or Nurse as appropriate. If you should require a face-to-face appointment you will be told where you need to go. We encourage you to continue to seek help if needed.

NHS 111: This is available 24/7 by calling 111 or visiting NHS 111 Website
Pharmacies: Local Pharmacies are open as normal. Please do not attend if you have COVID-19 Symptoms.
Walk-in/Urgent Care/Urgent Treatment Centres: Please do not attend if you have COVID-19 Symptoms. Some of these are still available, however please check the NHS Website to ensure your local Care Centre is open.
A&E: Please only attend A&E or Dial 999 if it is a life threatening situation, such as a Heart Attack or Stroke. If you are unsure on whether you should attend A&E please use the Ask A&E symptom checker.
If you think you or a family member are suffering with the symptoms of a stroke, dial 999 immediately.
- Face - is the face dropping/fallen on one side?
Can they smile?
- Arms - can they raise both arms and keep them there?
- Speech - is it slurred?
